About the Inn

The resort is easily accessible by air. Baltimore-Washington International Airport is 90 minutes’ drive away. Reagan National Airport (Washington DC) is less than two hours’ away. For private charters, Easton Municipal Airport is only ten minutes from the Inn at Perry Cabin.

Driving From Washington, DC

Take US-50 East approximately 80 miles to MD-33 West. Then proceed along 33 West for about 10 miles. 308 Watkins Lane will be on your right-hand side. Please note that you will cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, which requires a toll.

Driving From Baltimore/BWI

Take I-97 South approximately 50 miles to US-50 East. Follow Rte. 50 over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge (toll required), past the Queenstown Outlets and to MD-33 West. Then proceed about 10 miles. 308 Watkins Lane will be on your right-hand side.

Driving From Philadelphia and New York

Follow I-95 South and take exit 1A onto US-301 South. Continue along US-301 South/US-50 East for approximately 70 miles to MD-33 West. Then proceed along 33 West for about 10 miles. 308 Watkins Lane will be on your right-hand side.

Flying by Helicopter

If you are arriving by private helicopter, our Concierge Team is happy to coordinate your arrival and departure. Helicopters land in a designated area on the resort grounds, and complimentary transportation to the Inn is provided. Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your reservation, from 24 April 2026 through 31 October 2026, our cancellation policy is fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. We require seven (7) days’ notice for arrivals from 01 November 2026 through 22 April 2027. Any cancellations made outside of these dates will incur a charge of a one-night room and tax deposit.

Holidays and Special Events:

All Holidays and Special Events will require pre- payment prior to arrival. Pre-payment includes room, tax, and any food and beverage requirements associated with your stay. Charges will occur once outside of the cancellation window. Please refer to your confirmation for the cancellation policy of your stay dates.

Canine Guest Information & Policy - ONLY canine companions permitted

We are excited to welcome you and your canine companion(s) (limit 60lbs or less) as our guests at Inn at Perry Cabin. Please note that there is a pet fee of $200 plus tax for your canine companion, and if he/she has a friend or sibling joining in the fun, an extra charge of $75 plus tax will be added to your bill. Please note that the Inn has a limit of 2-canine companions per room. Beds, as well as food and water bowls, will be provided during their stay.

To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you would please observe the following canine companion guidelines.

The resort is prepared to accommodate your canine companion in the room provided that your pet is fully trained, appropriately restrained by you, and complies with the local legislation requirements.

Your canine companion must be kept on a leash when it is on hotel property unless it is in your room.

Under state health ordinances, we regret that your canine companion is not permitted in any food and beverage outlets, bar/lounge or pool areas. Only canine service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted.

Please do not leave your pet canine companion unattended in the room. Many past guests have used rover.com, wag.com or Kevertin Pet Resort – 410.822.8161 to assist with canine companion pet sitting services.
